Order Process
For both ready made ,
made
to order sails and sandpit
covers you can simply email, fax or telephone through your order.
We generally require payment at the time of order and accept payment
via MasterCard, Visa, Electronic Funds Transfer and Cheques (subject
to clearance).
Sails only and sandpit covers usually take only about two to three weeks to be manufactured from finalisation of your design details. We will get in touch once your order is nearing completion.

Pricing
All our prices are shown in Australian Dollars. Our prices
do not include freight, any duties or import taxes.

Shipping and Delivery Overseas
We will quote freight as part of your quotation.
We usually quote freight rates based on Australia Airmail Parcel
Post Insured
Delivery speed is about 7-10 days excluding any time
needed for customs importation. Check costs for your country here:

Australia Post Air Parcel Rates
Insurance is an extra cost on top of these rates.
$7.50 for the first $100 value
$2.00 for every $100 thereafter
